A travel website lists this property as 3-stars; I disagree. The property and room were clean and quiet; the bed was fine. Lobby computers allowed printing, handy for directions and boarding passes. Wired internet in room worked flawlessly. A medical-related one page fax was sent for me without charge. Attached restaurant had a large menu and pleasant atmosphere. Failures: (1) wake-up call system not working (for some rooms); (2) unresponsive to 2 requests (first made to Executive Housekeeper by voice mail) for firmer pillows; when third request was made, pillows arrived that were marked FIRM but were identical to original bedding; (3) no wastebasket in bathroom (corrected); (4) no telephone at bedside; (5) hotel received a UPS package for me, then twice could not locate it; (6) airport shuttle van driver made a detour to drop passengers at a Boeing facility first, which made no difference to me but could have wrecked a plan to be at the airport to check in. I'm used to more careful attention to detail and much better communication in 3-star hotels. The Marriott Courtyard nearby, which is 2.5-star rated and is far nicer.
