The hotel stay was efficient. I liked the location. We were near everything -- a five-minute drive to the major casinos, but we were there primarily for the Rib Festival. It was real easy to go from the festival and back. The rooms were okay. We thought the movies in the rooms were too expensive. We were not too impressed with the breakfast, but it was a place to lay our heads. We were happy that it was quiet and the rooms were clean. There were enough towels for the family and the staff in the lobby was extremely pleasant and helpful. We would have liked shuttle service to the festival and maybe that will be a consideration for next year.
This hotel made me feel respected: We were treated well as soon as we arrived. We were with two other families and although we were not completely next to each other, they did their best to have us as close as possible. They were expedient and very nice. We had a problem with one of the games and they were quick to resolve the problem. We were very impressed.
