Holiday Inn Reno Downtown Hotel

The location was ok. I changed rooms when the air conditioner unit did not work. I had no other problems.

The location is close to the interstate highway which was okay for me, but it's a ways from downtown, so it is not a good location for someone else.

The hotel itself was what we expected cleanliness and service wise. However, the parking lot did not feel very secure. Also, the hotel's casino looked rundown and not too safe, either.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The counter staff was always friendly. The lobby was neat and clean.

It was just a place to stay close to the Event Center we were visiting.

The hotel was comfortable, however not quite as clean as I would have liked it. There was not always coffee in the lobby when there should have been. There were concerns about safety due to the casino at the hotel and the second night we stayed there was police action and we could not eat at the dinner for some reason.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The people were friendly and polite.
