Holiday Inn Raleigh North Hotel - Page 2

I always stay at Holiday Inns when I travel. I don't even consider any other place to stay. Travelers, 'For the best stay, it's Holiday.'

The hotel was very good. It was what I expected without any problems.

The hotel was fine except for the fact that the ice machines didn't work on several floors and the washing machines didn't work in the laundry area. When asked when it would be fixed, I was told by the front desk they hadn't even called anyone to look at the problem, although according to them, the problem had been present for days.

I was pleased with my stay at this facility.

If get the chance to visit another state, I hope that I will be fortunate enough to be served as nice as was treated in Raleigh.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I left my purse in dining room and someone took my money. The manager and staff offered to call police for me to make a report, and were very caring and offered support some even donated money to me. I have been there several times.

The desk gave me wrong directions to drive to a desired location.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: I was comfortable there because the staff met our needs without a wait, they were very responsive to all requests, and were friendly and professional.
