This hotel was clean and very quiet. It was a business hotel that was mostly empty for the holiday weekend.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Raleigh North.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel was clean and the service was excellent. They gave us good advice on sites to see while in town.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Raleigh North.

I am a regular customer at this hotel. They know me and they treat me very well.

This hotel made me feel respected: They know my name, they recognize and welcome me when I come. They make sure I am happy.

The hotel was fine except for the fact that the ice machines didn't work on several floors and the washing machines didn't work in the laundry area. When asked when it would be fixed, I was told by the front desk they hadn't even called anyone to look at the problem, although according to them, the problem had been present for days.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Raleigh North.
I might recommend it to friends.
