Good
This hotel is the perfect location to visit NC State. We were there just overnight but had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The parking lot was well lit and breakfast in the restaurant was good. Good stay for the money. I'd stay here again for ...
71 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I stayed at this motel last month. The motel is dingy and dirty. Upon turning the bed covers back a cock roach ran out from under the sheet. There were stains on the furniture and the remote only worked when it wanted to. After two valiant efforts on my part, I never got the cockroach! Only go here if you have to.
We stay here at least once a year.

Horrible
The heating system in the room is only on when the outside temperature is below 55 degrees; the room was always around 67 and forever chilly. There is no heat on guest demand. Totally absurd. This is a very old Holiday Inn.

The staff was very friendly. I needed a toothbrush and toothpaste and they provided them without any hesitation. I was very impressed with the bed and the room. The breakfast was not provided but the staff was very nice and the price for breakfast was very reasonable. I very much enjoyed my stay and it made me more at ease for the meeting I attended that day.
The bed was comfortable. The furniture was nice and the color scheme was warm.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Raleigh-Brownstone Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They were very helpful with finding my way around Raleigh. I also forgot my brush and toothbrush and toothpaste and they provided all of it. I was also quite happy with the breakfast buffet available in the hotel. The food was wonderful and the servers were very friendly. I was very impressed with this Holiday Inn. I also really enjoyed the Temperpedic bed as well. It was the most comfortable sleep I had had in months.
The room was painted in warm colors and the furniture was elegant. The beds were comfortable and the chair at the desk was nice. I was able to work on my computer and surf the internet while laying in bed. I was also able to watch TV from bed and I just felt at ease from the decorations to the bed.
I am very likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Raleigh-Brownstone Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was excellent as it was right next to North Carolina State University. All of the facilities were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly.
I felt at ease because the staff were very friendly and because the rooms were nice. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
