We had traveled in a car for seventeen hours and we arrived at ten o'clock in the morning very tired. The front desk staff allowed us to check in immediately instead of waiting.
They offered extra towels for the pool. They had nice restaurant and bar. We got an early check in. They were very friendly and they offered good information about the area.

to return to the Holiday Inn ROCKFORD(I-90&RT 20/STATE ST).
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Horrible
it has seen better days-----needs to have the lobby completely redone. outdated, threadbare furniture, tacky walls and art. don't they have and guidelines for calling something a "holiday inn"?

Horrible
i have stayed in quite a few hotels in this city and thins one by far was the worst. my non smoking room stunk of cigarettes and my bathroom had hair all over it still! i was glad to leave in the morning! there is a hotel across the street for less...
Maintenance staff was very helpful as well as a front desk clerk. Hotel restaurant for breakfast was bad (terrible value). As another reviewer stated, this motel is dated and good use a general facelift. Look at newer hotels.

Room service by attendants is very poor. They omit towels, toiletries, coffee packs,etc. Front desk did not comment. Poor customer relationship in this market area. Been going to this hotel weekly for 7 months. I will now switch. New room furniture...
