Okay
didn't asked what type room preference we wanted and gave us a smoking room. Pool closed first day. Water shut off for period of time on last full day.
52 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The staff is personable. I have stayed in this Holiday Inn for one night or more per month for the last year or so. Having several of the staff say hello and knowing my face says they care about repeat guests.
