The location was perfect for our journey. It was a good hotel, close to our function, a wedding at Poland Springs.

The location was easy to find. The front desk clerk was friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms were clean.

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly even when they were passing us in the hall. The restaurant staff was wonderful and friendly. The hotel was very clean and tastefully decorated. Our room included everything we needed and was very comfortable. It seemed like the staff really enjoyed their jobs.

This hotel made me feel practical: The Holiday Inn made us feel pampered. But not to the point where it was overkill. We felt taken care of, but not like we were wasting our money.

All things were ok.

Everything was as expected. The room, food, etc. were like a Holiday Inn. The entertainment was superb.

The hotel had very acceptable accommodations and a pleasant staff to deal with. I have stayed at this hotel previously and will continue to do so for future events.

This hotel is a fine place to stay.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The hotel has a very comfortable feeling room with soft lightning.

This hotel made me feel important: They greeted us and would always ask how our team did.

Halfway through stay my door key stopped working. Had to go to desk to have it reprogrammed. Inconvenient.

The only incident that happened is that they put too much chlorine in the pool and it was closed. I was really looking forward to going swimming.

Although the latest stay was with Holiday Inn, have come to prefer Holiday Inn express as a main choice when available.

Holiday Inn isn't the Ritz, but the price isn't either.
