The hotel was pleasant for the cost. Easy access to Bayside Marketplace , filled with live music, all kinds of restaurants and shops was nice.

However, the homeless people begging for money IN FRONT of the hotel was an issue. I live in DC, and come across the homeless daily. The homeless in Downtown Miami are very aggressive and if you deny them (nicely) they become very rude. One woman had the nerve to ask me for ten dollars and became VERY UPSET after saying no.

It's an excellent location for ship cruisers. There is an excellent shopping mall across from the hotel.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The bedding was relaxing.

I liked the price of the hotel and the fact that they provided free port shuttles. They were not very good at telling you about the port shuttles and the people did not seem to know the answers to a lot of our questions. We even considered purchasing the in-room TV internet so we could look up information about the hotel on the internet because people did not seem to know the answers. The location was alright, but there were not enough places to eat within walking distance.

I liked the courtesy of the staff and the cleanliness of the rooms.

We stayed here prior to a cruise. The location was perfect and the staff was great to deal with. The restaurant manager went off the menu to provide what we were looking for the dinner. The bartender went out of his way to make sure he saved us money when ordering. The Market across the street was a great place to walk around and have lunch. We just had a great stay.

This hotel made me feel content: The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay, even though it was for one night only. If I were taking another cruise out of Miami, this was the only place I would consider staying.

Everything was very satisfactory. There was a fair nearby that we were given directions to get to and really enjoyed. The view from the hotel was fantastic. There were no problems.

I thought the accommodations were adequate. The staff was very helpful as we arrived early and they stored our luggage and helped us with the amenities that were available.

The rooms are filthy, the staff was poor. Basically, everything was terrible

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I stayed at the Holiday Inn Marina Park Port of Miami. I have never had such terrible service by almost everyone! I waited 45 minutes just for my drink in your restaurant there.

The room was not clean and had roaches.

This hotel made me feel content: If I needed anything I could just call and find out where I needed to go.

We were just staying overnight prior to a cruise. We weren't really paying much attention to the hotel, other than that we were in a room where we could see the ships dock.

They need to retain more reliable employees.
