This Holiday Inn in Plattsburg should be commended for the staff they have there. They were all friendly, helpful and so incredibly nice. They all need to be recognized for this. They were good at directions, knowledgeable about the surrounding area and willing to assist.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Plattsburgh.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

They did not honor the 'free breakfast' for one of the two nights that I stayed there.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Plattsburgh.
