55 year old man with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This is the nastiest Holiday Inn in the US. I was told lie after lie, and Customer Relations was of no help. No more Holiday Inn's for me!

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Plantation Sawgrass.
I would not recommend it to friends.

52 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We had to keep calling the hotel and asking the front desk how to get to the hotel as she kept giving us directions in parts. Off of 95, it took us over 20 minutes to find the hotel due to incorrect directions given to us by this person. The computer systems were down, making check in and out a nightmare. This was due to renovations, and not enough additional staff to handle this matter.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Plantation Sawgrass.
I might recommend it to friends.

I would have liked 'continental breakfast' in the lobby instead of just coffee 24 hours!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Plantation Sawgrass.

The floor in the room was not clean, the bathroom was dirty on arrival and it took several hours for anyone to come and clean it, the lamp at the table didn't always work and it often made cracking sounds and flickered. We were afraid to use it.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Plantation Sawgrass.
I would not recommend it to friends.

50 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The area outside by the pool was decorated with palm trees and beautiful flowers making for a very peaceful feeling.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Plantation Sawgrass.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
