It was neither bad nor good, my stay was perfectly to my satisfaction as I only used the room to sleep and shower.

I was very displeased with their service. I was appalled at the fact that they charged my credit card for incidentals before I ever got to my room. Then it was never put back on my card until I called and complained about it. We were on vacation and got stranded because of this.

The pool was never cleaned the whole time I was there. The first night we used the pool we found a used band-aid floating in the pool. I picked it up out of the water and put it beside the pool thinking they would clean up later. On the third day that same band-aid was still were I had put it.

I liked the hotel's price and service.

I have no specific complaints, except that the hotel had just a rather rude and inattentive staff.

I was disappointed during our stay at Holiday Inn. I picked Holiday Inn over other hotels in the area thinking I was getting a better quality hotel. The quality that I received was not any better than any other hotel/motel.

I stayed in a very nice and clean room. The bed was very comfortable.

It was just an emergency visit to Pittsburgh with a friend, and I wasn't really looking for any special 'experience'.

Most of my stays at Holiday Inn have been as expected and very favorable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I liked the layout of the rooms and amenities provided.

Business and pleasure are our reasons for traveling often and using hotels. We also own a time share.

This hotel made me feel secure: There seemed to be an ample supply of persons/employees about that were aware of coming and goings within the hotel. The family had three rooms booked for 4-6 days so this was definitely comforting. There was never any problem getting assistance.

We had a suite and it was outstanding.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: They had hot tub with jets. I felt so relaxed.

It was usual, except that the first time, the heater/air conditioner did not work as it should.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They put some special items in the room when I arrived.
