Holiday Inn Phoenix West Hotel - Page 2

This hotel was as expected. It's typical of a Holiday Inn.

Room service didn't get the proper information on two occasions. A call back did not resolve the problem. The food was good.

The hotel was clean and satisfactory, as were the staff. The location was convenient for our purposes but not in a part of town we would choose to stay in otherwise.

This was a regular Holiday Inn. It was OK and clean, but nothing special.

Staff should be more friendly and act professional.

Very poor facility.... Poor, poor.

Great service, great resturant/bar atmosphere.

I'm not sure if i'm 100% accurate on the exact location of the hotel, everything was arranged for me by someone else, but everything far exceeded my expectations of a hotel. It was an enjoyable weekend stay, a welcome respite from the stress of the activ.

This hotel made me feel secure: Outside access to the building was minimal, and what doors they had were constantly monitored by both personnel and camera. The room had a strong door with handle lock, deadbolt, and one additional locking mechanism. The glass window was thick and looke.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They just catered to my needs and treated me right.
