The courtesy shuttle was great. The bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk person was courteous despite being only person there and very busy. The shuttle drivers were quick and courteous.

It was a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a convenient location to the airport and a major highway. The parking lot was crowded, however.

Since this was an airport Holiday Inn, it was adequate for an overnight stay before a flight. The shuttle operated frequently. The staff was efficient.

The pool was not available, the air conditioner in the workout room was broken, and the iron in the room did not work. I liked the computer available in the lobby area to check email.

We will use this hotel again.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: They had our room ready and took care of any request.

I liked it, even though the pool was closed for the season in the middle of June! The workout room was disgusting. But beyond that, it was great! We stayed there for the National Forensics League Nationals (speech and debate) and any hotel that can deal with more than 20 obnoxious speech and debaters are great in my book!

The hotel was very pleasant and accommodating. The staff was easy to speak with.

It wasn't really the hotel I had problems with, it was Hotwire.com. I only wanted to book the room, I didn't want to pay for the stay. I contacted them and asked them to not charge my credit card and they claimed they could not accommodate me any other way.

I really liked my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and catered to my boyfriend and my needs. The room service was great, and I had an enjoyable night there.

It was a nice stay at the Holiday Inn Philadelphia-International Airport.

My stay was adequate. There was nothing exceptional, but at the Priceline price paid, it was a great deal. I will definitely consider your hotel again for any potential DMB concerts in that area.
