I enjoyed the value of the room and the quality of the food.

Everything was ok.

I had problems with getting a proper room. They finally gave me a halfway decent room in which the air conditioning did not work and had to be repaired. The cleaning staff did an excellent job with the room.

A party invitation in Cherry Hill was the reason for our weekend visit to the Holiday Inn. We found the staff to be very friendly & helpful. Our room had attractive furnishings and was very clean.

The rooms were prepared, the staff was courteous, and I enjoyed myself. The food was like homemade, and was high quality.

Holiday Inn Cherry Hill was great as usual.

We booked for a birthday sleepover and asked for adjoining rooms. We were told we would have to go to the Holiday Inn and request it personally, which we did at 11 AM. At 2 PM, when we showed up to check in, they had given our adjoining rooms to somebody else. The whole point to staying there was to have my two daughters and their friends together so that neither I nor another parent would be separated from one another. They also billed our credit card even though we used reward points for the two rooms.

This hotel made me feel respected: I attended college sports event as a referee. The hotel made the referees feel wanted and appreciated as they always do at this hotel.
