I reserved a room by telephone, and when I arrived the room was not reserved on the same floor and in the same block as my party of forty-five to fifty people. The people at the front desk were patient, but they still did not give me the room I was promised over the phone. Although I paid in cash, a sizeable hold was put on my debit card that lasted for many days and was inconvenient, as I have bills to pay. The hotel promised us rooms together, smoking and non-smoking interspersed, but did not deliver. Some guests were told there were no rooms available. Our party had the same problems last year, and I do not expect us to return to that hotel.

We were treated badly. Trying to find our room in the maze or stairs and elevators took us forever, especially with all the luggage that we tried to get up the stairs. The room was filthy, the bathroom was in great need of repair, the faucet leaked, the toilet was dirty and the lights were burnt out. The food was below average. My advice is to not go there!
