The grounds were beautiful and the heated pool was a plus. The rooms were fine. The provided breakfast was substandard, the restaurant food was adequate. There were dubious people hanging at the hotel front entrance and the parking lot. The security did the best they could with the issue.

The staff was kind, courteous, and pleasant at all times. We had to call 911 for an emergency at one time and security was right there to help. The food was very good and room service was timely.

My room was good and clean. The hallway was smoky smelling. They told me afterwards that I was in a mixed wing and they had others that were completely smoke free. The night clerk signed me up for their frequent stayer’s number, which got me free breakfast. The breakfast was good. The pool was nice looking but I did not use it. A free computer system with Internet access was available in the lobby, and I used it frequently. The Internet access was also available in the rooms, but I did not use it. It was in a good place in eastern Tucson, near an I10 exit. It may be four or five miles from TUS airport.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The bed with sheets and bedding was good. My room had comfortable air conditioner and television.

My needs were met. The price was right.

It's a great location for spring training. The hotel was in need of refurbishing and repair. It seemed run-down and not well cared for. I won’t go back.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful but often gave incorrect information. They responded quickly when a problem with the toilet was reported.

The hotel was hard to find because of road construction. I do not like to stay at hotels that require a lot of walking. There was no bell service.

The hotel's location was somewhat industrial and many vagrants were hanging about. But otherwise, the hotel and its amenitites were acceptable.

I would have to say that the condition of the hotel was above average for the Holiday Inn brand. The service from check in to check out was great. The staff was very attentive to me. I would stay here again. It's the best bang for your buck!

it was a very busy week, but the hotel met all of my requirements. It was a clean, nice, pleasant place to rest at the end of each day. The breakfast was superb.

Priority Service did not secure a room when the hotel was at capacity.

I loved the bar and restaurant.

I don't really pay attention to the hotel when am on the road.
