Holiday Inn Palo Verde Tucson Airport Hotel

This hotel is the worse hotel I've ever stayed at. The parking lot was a drop off for illegal aliens and the hotel was in poor condition. The towels looked like they came out of a shredder and they only left us 2 large towels, 1 hand towel and 1 face towel. We called the front desk and the person that answered could not speak English. There was an all night party in the room above us and the phone kept ringing with single rings all night long. We got no sleep at all. It was a horrible experience.

Location is paramount to me and this location is perfect for my travel around southern Arizona.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The greeting upon arrival was nice as was the cleanliness of the rooms.

I have always enjoyed using Holiday Inn Express hotels for many years. I am a member of their Priority Club. I have never had a problem or concern at any time there.

The location was fine because it was just off the freeway. The room was nice and adequate, not fancy. This is what we expected of these hotels. That is why we generally stay there in out of town locations.

The staff was kind, courteous, and pleasant at all times. We had to call 911 for an emergency at one time and security was right there to help. The food was very good and room service was timely.
