I loved everything about my stay. Everything was so beautiful and comfortable.

This hotel made me feel pampered: It just made me feel wonderful to be there.

This is a nice resort right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The outdoor poolside bar had live bands during afternoon and also in the evening. But I thought it was a little pricey for a Holiday Inn.

The desk staff was rude at times, and I had problems in the restaurant. My biggest problem had nothing to do with the staff that I know of. My keys came up missing, and were never found; I had to spend $150 to get someone to come out to make a new key. The only thing I can figure is maybe my son flushed the keys.

The air conditioner in my first room did not work. I had to be moved to another room.

Rooms that some friends had smelled moldy and musty---a promised ice box was not delivered until the last day and the washing machine did not work on our floor.

They had wet floors and carpet, as well as thin walls.

I was charged for a child's meal when I ordered a sandwich, and then was told that that shouldn't have been; the room service menu was out of date.
