49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I like that the swimming pool has a jacuzzi nearby. The receptionist during my check in and check out was very nice and accommodating. I did not like the hotel's location. I thought that they had a shuttle to and from Opryland Resorts and the Convention Center. There was not. There was no ice on my floor. The ice machine was not working. I was told to go to other floors to get ice.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn Opryland-Arpt (Briley Pkwy).
I might recommend it to friends.

This hotel leaves a bit to be desired. Doesn't live up to the Holiday Inn name. The construction surrounding the hotel is absolutely horrible...it took almost an hour to get to the hotel even though we could see it. There are no restaurants...
