MOST OF THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. HOWEVER, WHILE THERE WERE SECURITY GUARDS ALL OVER THE POOL AREA TO PATROL GUESTS FROM HAVING CONTAINERS OF BEVERAGES AND THEN THE NEXT NIGHT OUR COOLERS, THIEVES WERE SMASHING CAR/TRUCK WINDOWS

Pool and water park were great for kids, but the water left a really bad odor (not just chlorine - not sure what it was)on their swimsuits that did not wash all the way out.

Good hotel with plenty of amenities and central location. The two pools are great. Was not pleased with room service. They never did answer the phone. That pretty much dropped them from a 4 to a 3, in my opinion.
