Even though it has all of the appearances of a Holiday Inn, it doesn't come close. Do yourself a favor and choose a good motel in Beckley about 10 miles away.

I objected to the fact that in order for me to spend the night they needed a photo copy of my ID, even though I am a Priority Club Member and I live less than three miles from the hotel.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Oak Hill.
I might recommend it to friends.

58 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I can always count on this hotel for courteous service, working jacuzzi and swimming pool and easy access for all major roads. It is also very easy for others to visit you for a meal in the dining room.

This hotel made me feel welcome: There have always been personnel at the desk when I have arrived to check in.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Oak Hill.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I will stay at another hotel next time. This hotel's staff had a really bad attitude.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Oak Hill.
I would not recommend it to friends.
