29 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for business

For the most part everything was fine. On the second night, however, hotel guests were playing music very loudly; when we called to complain, the attendant acted like it wasn't their problem.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Chicago Skokie.
I might recommend it to friends.
