The room had a sink stop missing. The air conditioning unit was not working right.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn North Miami Golden Glades.
I would not recommend it to friends.

I had a cast on my left leg and my husband had a cast on his right leg. The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

This hotel made me feel pampered: We booked a room and ended up getting bumped up to a suite.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn North Miami Golden Glades.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
