The service at Houlihans was terrible.

I had reserved four rooms, which were all to have two double beds. One of them had just one double bed. I had to get a cot rolled in to sleep on, but was still charged the same even though they messed up my reservation.

This hotel is quiet, it had efficient service with a smile, and everything was very clean. They served good food!

They always have superior service at Holiday Inn.

Holiday Inn North Haven is the only hotel that offers free breakfast for priority member only vs. both persons. I stay here often. It is comfortable and the staff is helpful.

The front desk staff was less than helpful, advising that the issue at hand was not something that was in hotel's policy to rectify. But when the general manager was talked to, we were advised that it was in the hotel's policy and he then started to take care of the issue -- a week after the dispute started! Overall, it was a very bad customer service experience!

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very courteous, friendly and attentive.

Things there seemed less organized than many other holiday inn's i've stayed at. I was also dissappointed that they did not have high speed internet access in each room.

My wife has ms and the bed was to low to the ground for her to get in and out of.

I didn't have any expectations of many of the questions asked in the survey. For example, did not expect my experience to be hip or cool. I do not go to a hotel for hip or cool. The reason went to the holiday inn in north haven is because it is the on.
