It was as expected for a Holiday Inn hotel. The staff was eager to accommodate. However, the restaurant was not staffed or stocked sufficiently.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Norman.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was there was some water leaking in our room underneath the sink and the room seemed very humid. There was also a bottle of cleaning solution left in our room by the maid service.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. They were all very knowledgeable.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Norman.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was there one night. It was all I expected. I slept on a comfortable bed.

Our room was upgraded without us being asked because they did not have a king bed. They gave us a suite. The hot tub was not at a warm enough temperature. This was the second time this happened at this hotel.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Norman.
