Just got back from our family vacation in Niagara Falls and we can't wait to go back. Everything was great at the hotel. Loved the balcony, swimming pool and the friendly staff. Food was great, but a little pricey. Location was excellent. We're...

Good
We got to Niagara Falls on Thanksgiving day for a 2 night 3 day package. The room was quaint, it wasn't something that was fantastic by any means especially when the Giant IMAX theatre was right outside our window across the back parking lot. If you ...
Myself and some girlfriends go away every November to niagara Falls and we always stay at the Holiday Inn By the Falls. While we don't eat at the restaurant (kind of pricey), they do have a nice bar area and the hotel itself is in a great location...
I've stayed at least 3 times, even when they were remodeling. They still had nice employees, great food at Cocoa's (try the steak or wood fired pizza, breakfast buffet was good, too. You can hear the falls on your balcony! It's close to...

It was a great stay but i didnt feel as if i was getting the service I needed to have a great stay. I liked the fact that certin prime eating areas there. over all i enjoyed my stay but it could have been better maybe if the people were more attentive and caring to the fact that i am literaly the customer and not just sum one who is randomly there. three things could have made my stay there better 1. more attentive 2 more caring and finaly 3. over all higher standards.

This hotel is a budget economy stay. Its not what you are looking for if you are into very fancy hotels. Just put it this way, it is very different from either Hilton or Embassy. Although it was acceptable, there was a slight scent in the room, it did not bother me much though, but maybe not to you. Great thing is that this Hotel is very very close to the falls, or the fallsview casino. Not a far walk from the amusment park/street with all the tourist attraction. The room itself is not that bad, nothing special either, however, the customer rep. were very friendly and was willing to help out. Despite the fact it was not the cleanest, most awesome hotel there is, its really not a bad stay when you want to have a couple of friends that want a night out for FUN, like, a place to stay after going crazy @ dragon fly ... Over all decent, but don't count on impressing ur girl as it is not romantic at all.

Excellent
This was a very nice hotel for the price. The restaurant that is associated with it could have had a little more to choose from (and cheaper prices) but the food was good and that would not detour me from staying again.
