You would better off renting a room at a Slovakian hostel or from Norman Bates. I would feel safer sleeping in an asbestos tent with a mountain lion in the middle of downtown Baghdad. We checked in and left for a football game in Knoxville. We returned very late that evening and tried to enter our room. The door opened and we discovered that while we were gone they RENTED THE ROOM AGAIN! The new occupants were sleeping in our beds and also stole all of our belongings. It was a complete nightmare and we were placed in a very dangerous situation. I have the police report to prove it. The Holiday Inn “customer service” following the incident was horrendous. Do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel.

I was disappointed in the room -- it was kind of shabby. It looked more like a room at the Motel 6. One electrical socket would not work where we needed light.

Do not stay at this hotel if you have a pet. I was put in the back of the hotel in a very smelly room. I complained, and they did put me in another room that was somewhat better, so I thought. Then I found out that the plumbing in this room ran all night long. It was awful. They told me that people with pets get the back rooms and they will not put someone with a pet anywhere else. These rooms are very bad. I keep my dog cleaner than they keep up these rooms!

This hotel made me feel content: Being very friendly and helpful.
