First of all when we walked in to the room it was hot and smelly. Then we looked at our pillows and saw dirt. Then after we looked at the walls and saw mold and then you wouldn't believe it but there was blood on the wall. Then we immediately called the front desk and they moved us but then the other room was just as dirty. NEVER STAY HERE IT'S DISGUSTING.

PS: Had a hole in the bed spread the size of a football.

The room was very dirty. There was mold in the air conditioner, the floors were moist, and the air conditioner didn't work properly. There was mold on the walls and a hole in two walls. The lock on the door had been ripped off. There was no cup or filter holder for the coffee maker and the shower curtain didn't fit the shower.

The location was good and the staff efficient and helpful. The restaurant did not have good service but the food was okay, but not enough to want to return. There was a problem with the TV and air conditioner in the room, but maintenance responded quickly.

This hotel made me feel excited: It was for a sporting event and they had signs welcoming fans and the hotel staff was wearing the team colors.

This was a superb stay over location.

We have a special family rate that makes it very inexpensive. It is a mediocre hotel that is trying to renovate itself over time. It is not glamorous but it is acceptable and they try to be accommodating.

We were given incorrect information about when Islands of Adventure closed and then sent on a condo tour for tickets. Due to the misinformation the tickets were useless and the entire day was wasted.

I like the clean rooms that smell good. The hotel has a friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel was as advertised. Everything in the room was clean and in good working condition. The facility was easy to access and easy to find off of the interstate.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been.

The staff was extremely courteous. The hotel was very clean, and the check in and check out time was very acceptable.

I usually expect and receive great service and clean, comfortable quarters.
