Holiday Inn and Newberry Conference Center Hotel

Excellent hotel. Easy check in, great staff.

New mattresses were very comfortable. Food in the restaurant was wonderful. Everyone that I encountered was very nice and very helpful. I will stay here again.

Stayed at this property for a 3 day conference. Their entire staff was very helpful and nice. Rooms had brand new beds in them, which made my stay even more comfortable.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the Gainesville area.

Our check in was as easy as it could be and the staff are very friendly and helpful. we really enjoyed our dinner at the restaurant. The fact that they are now a Clarion really help us decide where to stay. We also like the concept of the place and how that will work. Our experience was a wonderful one

We stayed there for a home football game. I asked if they could call a cab for us to go to the game and they let us ride on the limo they had there for free. just 10 min of my time to look at the models of what the rooms will look like by next year. It was great to know they have that service for just regular people. The morning staff are so friendly and are willing to do anything to make you feel like you're at home. I will stay here every game and every other time in Gainesville. Thank you for a great stay.

First of all when we walked in to the room it was hot and smelly. Then we looked at our pillows and saw dirt. Then after we looked at the walls and saw mold and then you wouldn't believe it but there was blood on the wall. Then we immediately called the front desk and they moved us but then the other room was just as dirty. NEVER STAY HERE IT'S DISGUSTING.

PS: Had a hole in the bed spread the size of a football.
