Holiday Inn Newark Airport Hotel - Page 1

Room could have been much cleaner. Staff was quite uncooperative and at times rude. For travelers they will not accept checked luggage after you have checked out of your room, but prior to getting to your flight. Despite reserving a non-smoking room, I was placed into a smoking room, or at least it smelled of smoke. Front Desk said they had no other rooms avaialble. There was a very pretty young lady taking the shuttle to a terminal and the driver took 20 minutes to unload her luggage and bring it to the terminal door.

my mother, sister and i stayed here while on a shopping holiday from ireland and i thought the staff were excellent, really helpful and friendly, in fact my sister had stayed there 2 years earlier and the girl at check in remembered her!!!!, i couldnt believe it. on departure we forgot something and they went to a lot of trouble to get it to us. the shuttle bus was excellent, and the only reason i didnt give it a 10 was due to the restaurant. the food was ok but not great which is a shame. the rooms were basic but very very clean. we are going back again early next year and i cant wait.

It was a standard Holiday Inn hotel, just as expected.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The parking fee for a guest's car was fifteen dollars a day which adds up quickly.

The hotel was as expected. It was fairly clean and of moderate comfort. I have no complaints.
