Hotel Reviews > Louisiana Hotels > Holiday Inn New Orleans French Qtr
I had things stolen while staying at the Holiday Inn. Even though their information showed the only other person in the room was the maid, they didn't reimburse or even contact us. I had to call them back and they only offered a free night's stay.
It's neither an outstanding hotel nor a hotel that is underrated.
It was an older site. It was okay, but overpriced.
It was the worst experience of my life at Holiday Inns. They kept authorizing our card for amounts. They authorized a total of $1103.44, but our total bill was $263.38 for two nights. They even authorized an amount one day after we checked out.
It was the perfect place to stay in the French Quarter. The hotel had a very courteous staff.
This hotel made me feel respected: Because the desk clerk said if there was anything they could help us with let them know.
It's just what it is--nothing special.
There was no remote in the room for the TV, the entry way light was out, and there were no washcloths. The heater for the pool was broken or set so low that it was useless. I was very disappointed at the conditions and the staff's response times.
They just need to check the rooms for mildew.
This hotel made me feel secure: I appreciated the employees watching out after all of us to ensure we were comfortable and safe.
This hotel made me feel content: I felt that for its location, it was safe and quiet. It was much more than I expected.
