Hotel Reviews > Louisiana Hotels > Holiday Inn New Orleans French Qtr
The hotel was comfortably located in a place accessible to all of the French quarter and down town new opens. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers.
The hotel had very friendly people, and a reservation desk for trips was nearby. It's in a central location within walking distance. It had a very good price.
The bellman/doorman was the most helpful person we've ever encountered.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The furniture in the lobby area and the entire hotel was as clean as I would have expected if I had cleaned it myself -- perfect.
The staff wasn't overly friendly and the attached Friday's restaurant service was horrible. The hotel was clean and nice but the speed of service was poor. I'd advise making reservations first and expect to overpay if you don't gasp at the rate first-hand.
We were assigned a room that was already occupied. They called us twice in our newly assigned room trying to straighten out room assignments. The hotel has a rude and slow front desk staff.
I liked the nice room, good location, and good service. This hotel is a good place to stay.
The hotel is in a convenient location. It has a friendly staff. I liked the ease of reserving tours.
The hotel is in a good location, with easy access and onsite parking (not always available in New Orleans).
It was just how I thought it would be.
Holiday Inn French Quarter is a good hotel.
The Holiday Inn French Quarter had a very warm staff and well-organized activities.
My room was robbed and the only thing they did was offer a free night. Also, the lock on the door showed that only their employee was in the room for the period we were gone.
It was filthy and smelly. It was not worth the money.
