The location was great right in the heart of the French Quarter. There was not too much noise, but the bars and shopping were within walking distance. The service was as expected.

The restaurant and the bar were lacking in menu choices and business hours. The bar should have been accessible for drinking only separate from the dining area. Also, it should have been open for more hours.

The location is great. The room cleaning service was very poor, they skipped the room on at least two of the four day stay. The top floors are newer and cleaner, but you have to take two elevators to get there. Parking pass is a must as otherwise it costs too much. The room had a smoking burn in the bed covering in a non smoking room and a broken chair. The staff does very well in addressing problems.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk staff was very friendly, although very busy.

This hotel has a wonderful location right in the heart of the city and it is within walking distance to many attractions. The hotel has large rooms and great hotel amenities. You cannot hear the noise from outdoors when you are in the hotel. It is a nice, quiet and comfortable hotel.

We were looking forward to staying in the middle of the French Quarter, close to lots of great restaurants and sites to see.

This hotel offers those things, however, the first room we were told to go to had clean towels in the bathroom, but it also had a dirty toilet, plus the soap on the sink and the tub were left from the previous guests. To make a long story short, the fourth room they took us to had a clean bathroom, but only because the manager's assistant went in before we did and had an opportunity to check it out first.

I would not recommend staying there, as I was sitting in the second room waiting to be taken to our third room, I noticed the carpet was stained plus it had not been vacuumed, there was "scum" in the crevices of the telephone key pad, and did I want to sit on any of the upholstered furniture in the room. All this and pubic hair on the soap left from the previous guests. All four rooms felt scummy.

Please understand that we are not picky people, we do not expect all hotels we stay in to be grand and fancy, but we do want them to be clean. This hotel is not clean.
