48 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel staff was wonderfully friendly and outgoing in their efforts to let you know they were glad you were here. I was a little worried about the condition of the hotel with the Hurricane Katrina and the downtown location but it was a very pleasant surprise.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff made you feel comfortable with any requests you had, by seeming pleased to do something for you.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn New Orleans Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a great location, perfect for a conference stay.

The hotel is a good alternative to the bustle of the French Quarter, while still being in walking distance of it. All the hotel amenities were great, except for the room service, which does not exist right now for some reason. The night clerk at the front desk was horrible.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn New Orleans Downtown.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
