20 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

Very good experience, they had everything I was looking for. The room was clean, the beds were soft, a pool, hot tube, workout gym, and free coffee in the morning. I also enjoyed there restaurant.

44 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business

I haven't stayed in many hotels, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express in Superior, and had a horrible experience. I was therefore quite leery of the Neenah Holiday Inn. I was very pleasantly surprised, however, for they were nothing like each other. Neenah was a wonderful hotel, and I had a great experience there. It was far and away the best hotel I ever stayed in. The room was nice, spacious, and the huge bed was by far and away the most comfortable bed I ever slept in in a hotel. It had four fluffy pillows, not the two tiny pancakes you get in most budget hotels. The room service was a treat, they made me feel special with the way they presented my meal to me, and the way they treated me. There were no loud noises in the hallway, or they had really good soundproofing, I am a light sleeper, and I slept soundly those four nights. It was scenic, close to the nightlife and restaurants, and easy to find in a strange town.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: Everybody made eye contact as you walked up, smiled at you, asked how they could help you. The bed was super nice, the armchair was too. There was a nice little table with internet hookup so I could use my laptop to stay in touch with people back home. When I made a special request to the room service staff, they said sure, we can accommodate you with no problem. They served my meal very nicely on a huge tray with linen napkins spread on it to look like a tablecloth, a fancy water glass with a nice little doily under it, and the food was arranged artfully on the plate. I felt like a princess with my own private little feast, I was also impressed with the pleasantness of the man who served me. I felt like I could ask any questions without feeling like a hick who doesn't travel much, which I am, they never made me feel like I was asking for too much, or that my questions were lame.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Neenah Riverwalk.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

43 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was huge, it had five pillows and it was extremely comfortable. The room was tastefully decorated and the soundproofing was good. I did not hear noise from any other rooms and not much from the hallway. The food was unbelievably good, especially the Sunday brunch. The room service was fantastic, they accommodated a special request without a hint of protest or reluctance. The food was brought up on a tray that was elegantly arranged with napkins to look like a tablecloth, fancy salt and pepper urns and a water glass that looked like a wine glass. The tray was large enough to serve as a table, I set it on the footstool and sat in the armchair to eat. This trip was one of the best trips, partly because of the company agenda, but largely because of the wonderful hotel. I felt like I was on vacation, not a business trip. I stayed four nights and I would have liked to stay longer. I am a light sleeper, I usually do not sleep too well in hotel beds, but I slept like a baby. I recommend this hotel to anyone who comes to Wisconsin.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The service was quick without being rushed. The people stopped to talk to you, not rushing their words while they ran past. The room was set up to be relaxing, it invited me to come in and relax. The room service was very prompt, but there was no hurry to return the tray, I just set it outside the door when I was done.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Neenah Riverwalk.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms were beautiful, and had good soundproofing, the bed was exceptionally comfortable with four fluffy pillows! Everything worked properly, the food was unbelievably good especially the Sunday brunch. Room service was a cut above the rest, they did a special request for me with no argument at all. Every employee I ran across was extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. I felt very pampered.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I had some questions, and asked at the front desk as I went by. The gentleman answered all my questions completely, and volunteered information. We ended up chatting about ourselves for awhile. I feel like we became friends during that conversation. He made me feel respected, and interesting.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Neenah Riverwalk.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
