It had a convenient location, was very comfortable, and had impeccable service. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel made me feel secure: I wasn't familiar with the area. With its close proximity to Washington D.C., I wasn't sure about the safety factor. But I would have had no problem walking around there at night.

This hotel is a very poor value -- I spent $170/night before taxes for poor service, small guest rooms, and a location a little too far from the Metro to be convenient. It was a bad experience from the moment I made my reservation until the moment I checked out. Front desk customer service was poor. The phone was sometimes not answered by the front desk, I was given false information, no service response to problems, confusion with the hotel shuttle, and only one elevator functioning to serve the whole hotel. They were trying to fix a second one while I was there to get it back into service and their equipment set off the fire alarm intermittently for an hour, which was rather disruptive to the meeting I was attending. I'm not even lazy and don't mind walking up but the first guest room floor is actually the sixth floor -- so it is really not an option if you are towards the top (and carrying anything at all).

I stayed at this hotel this weekend May 21st, 2006. I was very impressed for a Holiday Inn. I will always stay there now. The price was great and rooms were very nice. The bed was wonderful and clean. I really enjoyed it and it was close to Metro and the McDonald’s next door is open 24-hours.

The air conditioner noisy and ineffective. It would not shut off.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I was invited to the manager's reception.
