Holiday Inn National Airport Hotel

We had a few issues with the rooms. One of them was double booked and people walked into the room at 2am and the other had bugs in it. Overall it was an ok experience.

My stay there was very pleasant. It is conveniently located to National Airport and the Crystal City area and the service was very good. I would stay there again.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful at all times.

I stayed at this hotel this weekend May 21st, 2006. I was very impressed for a Holiday Inn. I will always stay there now. The price was great and rooms were very nice. The bed was wonderful and clean. I really enjoyed it and it was close to Metro and the McDonald's next door is open 24-hours.

I like this Holiday Inn because it was close to Reagan National Airport, which can be very difficult to get in and out of the Inn during the peak traffic periods. The hotel was in very good condition. It has received some updates recently. My room was very nice, though the bathroom was in need of updating. A little pricey, but everything in Washington DC area was pricey.

Everyone was friendly. The shuttle service was wonderful. My room was not available when I was ready to check in, although it was early.

This hotel made me feel respected: I was comfortable with the staff, especially with the shuttle staff.
