Holiday Inn Nashville the Crossings Hotel

The stay was enjoyable. The hotel was very clean. The problem came from the front desk. We were cashing in points that had been earned. However, the credit card used for confirming the stay was billed and no one seemed to know how to correct this. We also encountered a problem when we requested more towels. The front desk associate was not rude but was not very friendly either. I would stay at this hotel again.

It's convenient to the highway. They allowed small dogs. The breakfast is not included, but it is reasonably priced.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was pleasant and helpful. They gave us their box of tissues when ours turned up empty.

I liked this hotel because they allowed my two dogs in the room and one of my dogs is ninety pounds. When I made the reservation, I told them I was traveling with dogs so it would have been nice to have been on the ground floor close to the grass. The refrigerator and microwave came in very handy for feeding the dogs.

This hotel made me feel respected: They let me travel with my dogs.

I stayed here because of the name. The hotel is aging, the carpet coming up in the rooms, and the furniture looks old and dirty.
