Holiday Inn Nashville Brentwood Hotel - Page 2

It was a very nice hotel with good service. The people were very friendly and helpful. It was away from some of Nashville's vacation spots, but close to some good eating places.

This hotel made me feel respected: Just the attitude of the workers helped make me feel respected.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is tasty and the rooms are clean.

The hotel was very nice. They made me feel like a wanted guest.

The restaurant was excellent and so was the bar. My daughter left a stuffed animal and I called the hotel several times as soon as I got home and could not get anyone to answer. When I finally did they did not want to help with this matter.

The bathrooms need attention: the floors appear to be dirty and the tile grout needs to be cleaned. In some of the rooms that I have stayed, the drains appear to be partially clogged and drain very slowly. Sometimes when the rooms are cleaned the amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee) do not get replaced.

The comforter on the bed in the room was very smelly. It was gross and I was discontented.

This hotel made me feel practical: Holiday is original and consistent with the scenery everywhere you go.

One of the bed covers had sticky stuff on them.

This hotel made me feel respected: I like the positive attitude of the receptionist.

It was a very nice location. The bar tender was very friendly. The prime rib was very good.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Was welcomed at check-in and was called by my name. They have a very good clerk.

I have asthma and they would not let me move (upgrade) to a nonsmoking room.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I like the nicely-decorated room, the comfortable furniture, and the quiet hallways/guests.

They gave an outstanding response to a problem with the room TV. They had a prompt and knowledgeable service man.
