It was as expected. It used to be a non smoking environment, but most areas allowed smoking. The staff was nice, the food was good. I had a nice stay.

I am not likely to return to the Holiday Inn Nashua.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was there for a wedding reception. The functions manager left for the night before dinner was served, the banquet staff did not serve any of the vegetarian meals ordered and some of the meals were served still frozen or cold.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Nashua.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel has a friendly and courteous staff who are willing to help in any way. Room service was quick.

The outside door access with the key card did not work.

35 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

This is a nice hotel. My only complaint was with the breakfast buffet. The last time we visited, it was free. This time it was $7.95 for a very stripped down breakfast of cold cereal, bagels, etc.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Nashua.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
