30 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The location was very well placed in regards to the proximity to the falls. However, getting to the parking lot took a bit of maneuvering to get around due to the street direction and construction. It is in walking distance to the Seneca hotel and casino, so if you want to gamble without paying high prices, this is a good place.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Holiday Inn NIAGARA FALLS.
I might recommend it to friends.

Horrible

Horrible
The staff was unfriendly and unresponsive. Took a minimum of 2 calls to reach the front desk, at any hour. Room had an extremely foul odor. Staff were extremely noisy in the hallways. Room needed sound proofing and was very noisy.
