Many many challenges. No working heater in room. Ineffective front desk clerks. Ammenties unavailable. No hot water for shower. Our stay was a gift from our father, tried several times to make that happen. Hotel billed my brother and I anyway. Tried 3 times to rectify this with front desk. The front desk was useless! Concierges and valet were very good. Restaurant staff at Fallsview VERY VERY unprofessional. HOTEL DOES NOT LIVE UP TO 4 DIAMONDS. Stay at the Embassy!!!
