It was quiet. It was close to restaurants. The room was very clean.

I liked the hotel's convenient location, dependable quality (acceptable), and the dining room on the premises.

The staff failed to respond to my email regarding an item left in their hotel.

I like the fact that this Holiday Inn allows pets. I frequently travel with 2 cats who are seasoned travelers and better behaved then most children (and I dare say a good many adults as well). I do not expect anyone else to clean up after my pets, I take care of that myself. As for other people's allergies to cats, I myself am highly allergic to perfumes and aromatic cleansers -- those same perfumes and cleansers that are used to clean the rooms. It is extremely nice to be welcomed at the Holiday Inn in Murfreesboro, TN and know that my pets are welcome also. I have stayed in a great many hotels with these pets without the hotel staff ever knowing they are in the house. I would dearly like to see a hotel chain such as the Holiday Inn implement an across the board pet acceptance policy. I would then know that I am able to find clean, safe, and reputable lodging when I am traveling. I am not opposed to a small extra fee for the privilege of not having to hide my pets when I travel.

The room floor was dirty and smelled of cat urine. When they came in to clean it up, they used a carpet cleaner and the floor was soaking wet, so the cat urine stank worse.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Holidome had an indoor pool, extensive video games, foosball, pool table and ping pong. The TV had 3 premium movie channels.
