They were going through construction. The computer system was down and they could not get me into my room.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Missoula Parkside.
I might recommend it to friends.

The rooms are nice, but a bit dated. The hotel entry was being redone at the time so the guests had to use a small side door for a few days. The front desk and the lobby were well maintained. The hotel bar was closed.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Holiday Inn Missoula Parkside.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel is great, except this time we had a bathtub with a drain plug that would not stay open. Other than that, the place is great. Oh, also, our room key failed to work at one point and we had to have it repaired. The same thing happened to another couple in our party in another room.

I am very likely to return to the Holiday Inn Missoula Parkside.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
