Holiday Inn Mission Bay SeaWorld Area Hotel - Page 1

We checked in around 7:00 pm. When we opened the room, we saw luggages and cell phone on the bed. The light from bath room was on, 1 bed looks like someone just slept over..... we waited for another 30 minutes to get another room and found out the size of the bed wasn't the same size we ordered on hotel.com as queen size. It's a full size bed. We called to the front desk to complain but no respond. ..... we will never recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel....

Nice San Diego hotel not far from San Diego ZOO and Sea World! Great Breakfast fun pool!

Not worth the money. Our hotel room did not have any air conditioning. We were in a suite but we were very cramped. We had cold water in the shower which I guess was fine considering how much we were sweating in the room. When we told the staff that the a/c needed to be fixed, they did not seem interested. Parking was horrible. The spaces were so narrow and it was difficult to find a space.

The waiting to check in was horrible and far from organized. After recieving the room key we had to wait out side our room for 45 min. for house keeping to clean the room. The ice machines on all levels in the D sections did not work and by the looks of them thay had not worked for a long time. We went to Sea world and when we return to our hotel at 11 pm there was no parking available any where close to our room then to top it off we recieved a phone call at 8 am the next morning asking us when we where going to check out. We had reservations for 2 days. We travel often and have never had that poor of customer service. We have been treated better at motel six for 1/4 of the price!

This hotel was horrible, the manager was very rude.

I have never had someone give me that much attitude, the internet didn't work, when I went to bed the sheets weren't changed. I found stains on the sheets and my socks were black when I took them off. All they could offer me was a breakfast coupon for the restaurant on the property which smelled bad and had bad food.

I would never go back to this hotel.
