We are within minutes of the downtown shopping area, Medical Park and Roosevelt Park & Zoo. Our rooms, pool, lobby & convention center have all been recently remodeled & we offer free high speed wireless internet throughout the facility. Brand new in March 2005 is the Atlantis Interactive Waterpark with a lap/bubble jet pool, hot tub, sauna and game room. Room rental includes 4 wristbands. Pool area is for hotel guests only. Birthday packages available Sunday-Thursday. The Pavilion restaurant is open daily from 6:30am to 2pm. The Ground Round Bar & Grill is open 11am-11pm. The hotel was clean and access to town good. Stay here for cost but go to Hotel International next door almost it's superb. Make sure if you want internet connection you tell them before room allocation because not all rooms are close enough to router to get it. Also, make sure they don't give you the room opposite their laundry or you'll have continual door access opposite your room. Ask to pay less than they ask, they gave me a lower rate.

This hotel was super nasty & the staff was very unpleasant.
One front desk employee actually made very "suggestive" remarks to my husband and she smelled like she had been drinking! When I complained to the manager he laughed. What's wrong with these people? I will never stay there again & I would suggest that you don't either.

to return to the Holiday Inn Minot (Riverside).
I would not recommend it to friends.

Great location for the fair. Staff very friendly and accomodating!! Parking could use a bit more room. Definitely would stay again. Water park has been upgraded and great for young children.

Horrible
Visited Minot for an event at the MSU Dome. Why on Earth did my wife book us into this place way out in the sticks? Even the Dakota Inn by the Mall would've been a better location let alone the Int'l Inn or the Vegas Motel. Not...
