It was a small, poorly lit room, with an insufficient number of towels, small bath towels an no refrigerator in the room. We had to make several calls to rectify a few problems.

From this hotel, you can easily take in all the major cultural and sports events available in Minneapolis. Light rail access to the Mall of America is nearby. It was a great view from the fourteenth floor!

This hotel is situated in a perfect location, near the campus, the Metrodome and other hot spots! The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. The parking garage is also very safe. If you are looking for a nice place to stay, look no farther.

Stayed 4 nights for a family reunion in town. Room was clean, staff was attentive enough for a hotel in this price range. I usually stay at much more expensive hotels, but was satisfied with the experience. Good points are the room service food...

The price was right and the location good. Close by bars/restaurants all within walking. Not too far from the U of Minn - Twin Cities. Parking could be better but worth the hassle in my opinion.

This hotel is close to many of the cultural amenities of downtown Minneapolis. It's a short bus ride to the light rail station that goes to the Mall of America. It's a good place to stay if you're taking a carless vacation. The fourteenth floor view is a real treat!
