This hotel made me feel comfortable: Every one was very nice and made my family and I feel very secure. I have two small children, ages 2 and 7. They understood guests with small children.

Two room lamps (of four) were missing bulbs, and one was missing the shade completely. The coffee maker didn't work, and of course I didn't discover any of this until my wife was ready for bed. They offered to send an installer for the bulbs.
This hotel made me feel entertained: The staff was well-versed on local sights and directions. And, the city never sleeps...
